- Assortment
We continue to offer a large selection of flower bulbs. Currently we offer over 180 varieties. If you don't find what you're looking for, just ask and we would be happy to check on the availability of a specific variety.
The "Best Value" choice for 2005 is the "Dordogne" (single late orange with rose blush tulip). You will find more information about this tulip under "BEST VALUE" in the wholesale catalog.
- Quality
We obtain only top quality bulbs that are imported from the most experience bulb growers in Holland. To ensure this excellent product, the entire production is carefully regulated. This is why we are able to guarantee that the bulbs will bloom in the first season after planting.

These quantities only apply to shipments direct from Holland. No exceptions or deviations can be made. 100 per bag are available upon request.
- Price and Terms of Sale
All varities are priced per bag, unless specified differently. For wholesale orders over $50 all prices are freight paid to your destination (one address per organization).
- Code Numbers
We attempt to have the code numbers remain the same each year. If you prepare your own order from, please be sure that you use the correct code numbers that are in the wholesale catalog. We cannot be held responsible for verifying code numbers on your individually created order form.
- Wholesale Flower Bulb Catalog
This catalog contains all the varieties of bulbs and the prices of what is offered in the fundraising program. This price list is for your use only. Listed are the wholesale prices we charge your group or organization. If you opt not to use our order forms or if a customer is interested in purchasing an item not on the order form, then you will need to determine the mark up of the bulbs for retail. In general, your profits should be approximately 50% of your selling price.
- Color Brochure
Color brochures are available to help in your selling campaign. All the varieties in this catalog not marked with an asterisk are included in the color brochure. Every flower bulb shown in the brochure corresponds with the items found on the standard order form. The brochures can be ordered with an imprint of your organization name.
- Standard Order Form
A triplicate order form is available by varieties, according to the color brochure. A triplicate form is beneficial to your group or organization. The original order is sent in to us to process your orders. One copy is for your records. The other copy is for your customer. We will return individual packing lists with the order - not the original copy of the order form. The order forms can be imprinted with your organization name. Pre-approval is required for use of any other order forms.
- Commercial Landscaper's Program
The landscape program is directed towards business, real estate and government customers or groups looking to do large plantings or beautification programs. The varieties that are offered for this program are the most popular bulbs used in landscaping. We believe this program will open additional sale possibilities for your group.
- Bonus Program
This year the bonus offer for your customers will be twenty Dasystemon Tarda Tulips offer, all order must be postmarked by June 2nd. On the bottom of the standard order form it is indicated that orders must be received by May 15th in order to receive the bonus. This is intended to give your group time to process your orders on a timely basis in order to meet the June 1st deadline. Please note that the bonus offer is for bulb orders only. It does not include donations made to your organization.
- Preparing Your Order Forms Before You Send Them In
Before mailing in your order forms, please check each one carefully to ensure that they are completed properly. The quantity ordered should accurately reflect the correct dollar amount in the corresponding total column.
Also, when ordering bulbs that are not on the order form, please write the special order in the space available or attach a list. All orders must have the correct code umber, bulb name and bulb quantity indicated on the order form. If you are ordering something that is not in the wholesale catalog, you must call us to find out if the variety you want is available. We will give you the wholesale price and then assign that product a code number. Please verify what quantity the item comes in such as one bulb, one dozen, twenty-five bulbs, etc. We cannot place an order based on a description written on the order form.
Each order form must be assigned an order number. This number should be written on the top right corner of each form. This number will be needed in the event that there are any inquiries about an individual order either before processing or after delivery. Create order numbers that fit your needs. You can simply use 1, 2, 3 etc. Another suggestion is an alphanumeric combination. With the alphanumeric you can use up to two letters along with a number. Some groups might list orders by sales person or sales groups. i.e. Jane Doe, her individual orders would read JD-1, JD-2, etc. Sue Smith from the same group would be SS-1, SS-2, etc. Determine how you plan to distribute the bulbs before choosing the order numbers. Keep in mind that the orders will be delivered by the order number, not the customer's name. If no order numbers are on the form swe will automatically assign them for you.
- Replacement or Refund Policy
Any shortages must be reported within 14 days of receiving your bulb shipment. We will not honor requests the following season, unless by an authorized request. The customer's order number form the previous year must accompany all requests for replacement or refund. It can either be the order number you assigned your customer at the top of the form, or it can be the number we printed on the packing list. This is required for replacement or refund.
In addition, when an order is being replaced on the customer's current order form, please highlight the specific order in green and indicate it is a replacement. To enable us to provide you with quality products and service, attach a brief description of the problem. Due to unnatural causes such as severe flooding, drought, etc., we are not liable for damages. We also have no control over rodent damage. We will use our discretion on an individual basis.
- Delivery
The orders are shipped in the fall at the proper planting time. Due to the weather conditions, the northern states receive the bulbs earlier than the southern states. The deliveries are set up accordingly:
Northern States: Delivery begins approximately the last week of September
Southern States: Delivery begins approximately the third week of October
No orders will be received before September 25th.
Free shipping on all wholesale orders over $50.00 to one address per organization.
- Planting
Planting instructions are included with each order. Keep in mind that the bulbs can be planted as long as the ground has not yet frozen. Some customers have expressed concern because we don't provide the bulbs earlier in September. This is because we want to provide superior quality bulbs and a unique selection. We believe it is quality worth waiting for.
